I would think a 150 to 200 hp should do you fine. The nice thing is with the OMC controls you have the option of putting on a 20+ year old motor if you want (not sure about Ficht) that will match them. And as far as trailers go a single is fine, roller or bunk doesn't much matter in my opinion, which ever you can find a good deal on (I like load rites??). In these parts used trailers go quick.
