Thanks everybody for all the input. I think at this point money is going to be what determines what motor I buy. I think I will stick whit the alpha drive because that is what was in there and I have another boat whith that same unit. I am glad to here that people are getting over 3 MPG out of this boat since gas here is over $2 a gallon and climbing. Thanks.
