Thanks for all the advice. I am going to go with the 250 Yamaha HPDI. My decision was made easy when the price of the 250 went down and the 300 went up. I going to take the extra money an have an enclosure put on since it is getting cold here. Also, starting December 1 the motors come with a three year extended warranty for a total of 5 worry free years.
