Yea I haven't started this project yet im still trying to get ideas for any modifications. Im sure you can just reinforce the transom and floor for any lost integrity. What size is your seacraft POGDEN? are you worried about extra water coming aboard with out a splash well? i was going to take the scuppers and put them in the corners and out the back.
