Default Re: Fish Finders

Hooper I am in the market for one to and I have narrowed it down to the Furuno 6100. It came out last summer and I have found nothing but good things said about it on some of the other boards. It was said that you could not get a better sounder under $400(my price range). I just removed the Si-Tex CRT sounder(older unit) that came with my boat it was too big and I needed the room for my new GPS(RayNav 300). The larger LCD units like the Ray. 750 are the cats meow but I still need some money left over for next summers bait so I'm going to go with the Furuno 6100 and see what happens.
