Negotiatable? Finster I looked at that boat a couple months ago and they only wanted 10K. Boats in good shape engine and drive look worse than they probably are but the drive is old! I think it predates power trim has tilt only also they are no longer made. Big project to replace because the hole in the transom is to big for another drive to drop right in. Electronics Ok but not newer stuff either, boats been for sale for a while. A new big block with a Bravo three outdrive and she would be a runner.
