Default Re: 23 cuddy mint FL 11,000

When describing a 25 year old boat, does mint possibly mean a slightly different thing than describing a two year old boat?

I once had a 1977 SeaCraft that most on this site would consider to be in great condition. However, someone only accustomed to viewing boats that had just come out of the mold might see small cosmetic things that bothered them on it.

Should we first establish what the term "mint" means when used in conjunction with Potter era boats, which are by definition at least 23 years old??

Did the surveyor knowingly take into account the age of this boat and say that it was in great condition compared to other 25 year old boats or was the survey saying that this boat was comparable to a new boat?
