Default Re: 1978 SeaCraft 23 open

I recently pulled my 23 inboard with my Toyota Tundra, 4wd,trd,tow package all that, rated to tow 7200 lbs. I towed it from the boat ramp to my house then back. One way about 15 miles. Yes it towed it fine but that big assed boat behind me didnt give me that warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach. Lots of folks around my way tow here to Oregon Inlet NC(1.5 hrs) as well as Hatteras Inlet (3 hrs)and there is no way in heck that I would tow mine with the tundra that distance. Not that I dont think it wouldnt do it but I just wouldnt feel safe. And if that baby ever came unhooked or anything like that there is no doubt in my mind what might happen. No thanx for me !!!! A 350 Burban would be a different story though!!!just my .02$ - craig
