Checked with seller and the boat runs 32-34 mph at top end.
A marina owner I talked to in FLA nicknamed over powered boats "SinkCrafts" supposedly because jamming scuppers and transom height made them suseptible to filling up when moored carelessly.

Key word is carelessly. But anyway, the 200 was on it when purchased so until it decides to take a rest I will run it. I'm not a speed demon anyway. I get it up on plane and cruise at 3800 RPM. I like comfort Zone. I have a friend with a 130 and he likes it very much. So when this goes thats probably what I'll go with. But a 90 is not enough and Yes the transom is strong.
