yup, they are all protected, the holes in the bulkheads were drilled, saturated with a thinned out epoxy mix, sanded, finished with gel coat and then sanded and buffed so the finish is smooth and the hoses are wrapped for added protection. All the thru hulls were also saturated with the thinned out Epoxy mix twice and cured for a few days to prevent rot. Then the holes were filled with 5200 while installing the thru hulls. The worst is when you forget to drill a hole after finishing all of these steps because you have to start all over again for just one hole.
