Default Re: Thinking of moving

HA OTTO
That particular area of North Palm Beach & Martin County / Jupiter Inlet area is probably the most desirable area to go to in the entire state. We moved here from N.Y. 46 years ago and the emerging growth area has continued to move north. I started in Miami now live in Broward and would love to move to the area you are talking about. The price of land is going up monthly and now is the time to buy I know of people making $100,000 on property in just one year investments in that area. I guess your business is going to be your economical central point, What exactly are you doing in machinery appraiser, are you planning on doing that type of work down here, or are you going to do something else. I sell business insurances and have a general understanding on what our economy is about perhaps I could give you some general into. As for the weather it is the best in the United States other than Hawaii as for the fishing that is a great area for several types of species, I personally have had as many as 21 sail fish hits in one day there. It would be very easy for you to travel the Bahamas from that location about 60 miles the to west end. As for school they are continually building new schools to handle the emerging growth of this area and if you move take that issue into consideration of where you buy. If you have specific questions I will keep my eye on this thread for a while.
