The most common recommendation and the way most of the guys who are repowering are going with either a Hermco FB bracket or a Stainless marine bracket.
Check the links on the homepage for the Hermco link.
There are many posts in the recent history to review as well.
How good of a deal are you getting? I'm may be repowering in a few months as well.
