Every now and then a rare occasion will happen where a CC shows up below market value but that is extraordinarily rare. Otherwise center consoles simply command more dinero than Tsunami/Safari's . Less than 10 K for a wellll used center console sans motor and needing refurb is not out of the ball park. Liveline's 23 at 16-18K was a steal and nobody jumped on it quick enough.

A lot of us have dreams of getting a schweet 23 hull to start from for 4-6K and odds are its not going to happen unless you are REALLY lucky and find out before nobody else does. I watched the daily market on something like 40 websites for "cheap" 23s and it was a rare occurance that one went under market. Of course, way too many were over market and were having birthdays on boat trader...

I have no idea what TT's boat is or how welllll used it is - the pics certainly don't show much - but very few of these will every be found for cheap and when they do you gotta run and not walk and probably not even time for a survey...
