If you want angled bezeles. Your going to need a thicker piece of stock and run it thru the tablesaw at say 15 to 20deg. Now you can drill the gage hole 2 1/16. Then you will need a backer board to pickup the long pilotbit and drill the outside dia. say 2 5/8in [experment to see what looks good] Then run it thru a table mounted router to do a round over on the outer edge.
You might be able to not have to have the backer board, if you drill the 2 1/6in hole but don't go all the way thru. Then drill the outside hole, but not all the way thru. Then go back and finish the 2 1/16 and you will have made the outside cut deep enough to pick up the holesaw again and not have it wonder.
