Hoop-

Take a ride over to the Edey & Duff factory in Mattapoisett. A lot of the Conch 27's they make come standard with that engine shroud.

Also, I know SouthShoreDryDock has a Conch 27 listed for sale. I am sure the sales guy wont mind you poking around to see how the thing is made.
