Default 23' CC 1976 Potter

Ivan got my house, but I took my Potter with me on the evac. I had my boat on the market before the storm, but I was in no hurry to sell. Things have changed and I must sell now.

Here are the specifics:
1976 Potter Inboard. Hull was refurbished in 1996. The Blue Awlgrip still looks new. Besides a minor dock rub on the side and one small soft spot in the deck, the hull is in great shape. Power is a 96 351W Inboard. Runs great, zero issues with the motor. I cruise at 22-24, 12GPH. 150 gal tank. Brand new Garmin 178C GPS/Bottom Machine, thru hull xducer. This machine is awesome, incredible detail. 2 VHF, EIPR, all brand new gauges. Boat is a dream to fish, many extras, all included. She sits on a heavy duty aluminum trailer, all new hubs and bearings, guide poles, and bunks. She is turn key.

I was asking 23K before I lost my home, will sacrifce now, first 18K takes it. 850-723-9811, thomashead1@cox.net. Many Pics avail, happy to email.

Guys,

Here's another teriffic opportunity to pick-up a 23 inboard. Subject to inspection, the price is very good. You snooze, you lose...

Deke,

Best of luck with your home AND your Potter.
