That Suzuki is geared much lower than a OptiMax.

Suzuki is 2.29:1 (Two-stage Reductin Gear]

OptiMax is 1.75:1

That's why the Suzuki's have as good or better holeshot than a 2stroke. Other 4 strokes don't have it near that low of gear ratio. [Yamaha or Honda]
