Wow...um...ah....er.... .

I was born in California and lived there until the early 90's so I think I can get away with saying they have some funky ideas about boats out there. To look at the sportfishers out there and you would think that having a boat without a bow rail all the way around the thing was against the law or something. A real clean-lined Carolina boat would likely be laughed at for not being "finished".

The set of accomodations on top that 23' are potentially functional, but as ScottM said, it's far from pretty!
