I've stomped and searched all over this boat. If there's a soft or rotten spot, it's not able to be accesed from the deck or through any of the hatches. Awsome suggustion about the hull number, I'm gonna get it today!

Stam

Bought a sunk '85 last winter for 5 K. Have replaced just about everything (deck, tank, all wiring, all systems, engine, etc.). Agreed with Salvage that it's getting about time to start the refurb. on that boat, as well. IMO 8k is a bit high. If you are looking for something to use immediately and get into other more costly projects slowly, then have the engine checked out by a pro. Good Luck Dink
