I have built a couple of new aluminum tanks and had them sprayed with bedliner material. Have had no problems. I did put them on thin (1/4" thick) ribbed rubber floor runner to take up any uneveness of the tank floor so the tank wouldn't chafe while being bounced around. The bedliner material is safe for aluminum and is impervious to salt water, chemicals, etc. Any body else done this???

No , i am going to going to install a new 3/4 sheet just like what came out, Rip some 1/2 plywood strips ,screw them down with stainless screws then cover it with epoxy than add 5200 to the strips and set the tank in. I may move the tank forward about a foot, I have the room. Les
