When I replaced the deck on my 70 20, I pressure cleaned all
of the old foam out. For the most part it was water logged. After I installed the new deck, I used a hole saw and cut 2 inch holes about 2 feet apart and poured in new 2 part foam. The plugs from the hole saw were used to keep the foam from coming out of the hole. I stood on the plugs until the foam kicked. Then glassed over the entire deck. Pressure treated 3/4 is what I used. probably over kill, but the deck is solid as a rock to this day. I restored ole' "No Bones" in 93. And still lookin good. Good Luck!!
