Hey Croakerlips...
I was the one that stopped at the gas station to check out your sweet 23'. Did you guys catch any fish the next day? I'm ready to go offshore whenever you are. We were on vacation all last week at our place in Hatteras and I went out of Oregon Inlet all week. My boat is ready! Gary and I may go back to Hatteras next week fishing for Spanish!

Wazup Matt. Yea man we tore the spades up. We caught around 50, I lost count, but nothing of any real size. We had double and triple hookups most of the day until some of the other boats started spear fishing. The funny thing is, I didn't see hardly any other boats w/ multiple hookups. Just goes to show you Seacrafts catch more fish The 2 guys I had w/ me had never caught a spadefish before and had a blast. They even broke out some flyrods and caught em on that. Then my anchor stated slipping, but when we started to pull it up, it wouldn't budge. I didn't want to lose another anchor, so btwn the boat and the 3 of us we manhandled what turned out to be a citation piece of tower that was approx 200+ lbs. After that it was Miller Time. We launched out of Lynn. but due to the storms I headed for Rudy to let the storm pass. While waiting for the storms to pass taylor blues started popping everywhere so we started casting jigs, etc. catching about 20. The first cell past but the second cell got us w/ numerous lightening strikes w/in 100 yds of the boat and 1 w/in feet of the boat which if you haven't experienced will scare the living $!#% out of you!!!!

I'm going to Hatteras this Sat and again on the 13th in my buddies charter boat. I'm thinking about floundering on Sun but I would like to make an AJ run soon to put my guys on something that'll pull their arms off. I'm up for the offshore thing too. Talk w/ Gary, he can get a hold of me anytime.
