I have 2 companies that bid on my bolster job. One with wood the other with a starboard like product. They both came in at the same $$$$$$. Needless to say wood is out. I'll find out what kind of synthetic material and the thickness will be. I need to find out what whaler uses as I am going to pattern my bolsters after theirs.
