Hi captkev. I'm brand new to this site. I'm looking at the exact same boat you have. I have been told by a number of people that I should be careful as to what year Sea Craft I buy. They say that when Sea Craft was going through it's troubles that the quality was less than perfect. Does any one know what period that was or if it's even true? I would appreciate any info on this subject. Also how do you like your boat? How fast is it with the 200 merc? I live on Long Island also, I'd love to pick your brain sometime, If you like you could email me at: sgj1021@optonline.net, and I'll send you my phone number, or i could call you. I sure can use all the help I can get to help me with this decission.
Thanks in advance for all your help!

Hermco is a member on this site. I'm sure he will get back to you .

He also works with someone who has a “tad bit” of knowledge regarding SeaCrafts and a certain bracket

Good luck !!

Up in the northeast to have that much done to the boat ... you better have "paddles" ready to shock your heart back to life after the quote!!

Sorry. I would have called you but had an appointment to get the wife's truck fixed. Didn't want to get in trouble with her! I left a message on your phone with my home & cell numbers. Call any time I'm usually available on one or the other. Thanks again.
