They probably don't have Seacraft's actual molds but a lot of builders will use a good condition hull to make a new mold...

I've heard OK things about them but that even though they have the same hull layout, they are significantly lighter that they don't ride as well as a SC 23. So while the running surfaces are the same the 400 plus pounds makes a difference. This is from talking to people familiar with both but I have not personaly ridden in one...
