Leaky thru hull question

Guys-

Yes you are right, I had a deal in place this winter. Took a deposit and everything. But after quite some time it became obvious that it just wasn't gonna happen. I gave back the deposit and told the guy to come see me when he was ready. So, I figure I'll continue with the projects I wanted to do this winter anyhow and we'll see what the spring holds...

So it this a standard sized, off the shelf type of item I can pick up anywhere?
