I was also quoted about 3.5k for my Seafari for a professional job inside and out with Imron.

A fiberglass guy in the warehouses on the street just south of Tamiami Airport, behind the new car dealer building, can't remember his name though. He was doing a great job on a flats boat in his shop when I asked.

Jorge call Elio @ Elios Boat Repair @786/683-8608, tell him that your a buddy of Alex. He has done several Seacrafts and was going to do mine until I moved into the 23'. I highly recommend him, he does excellent work and is a great person. Let me know if you cant get a hold of him.
