Default Melbourne,Fl

Anybody from the Melbourne Area , that puts Fences up?(Shadow Box) & A/c unit moved ? I bought this house ONLY if my SeaCraft would/could go there. Well the Fence has got to be eXtended 15+ feet(added to New existing) & The A/c Unit has to be moved approx. 12' back! out of the last 17 or so Houses only 3 would work & its a tight - Maybe 4" on each side! But NO more Ramp in the Back Yard to Hide it !!!!
Thanks &

I could give you a couple of good references if you need them. I have used the a/c guy for my business and home. He quoted me around $600 to move my unit.
