Default Re: 1973 Sea Craft CC For Sale

OK, I have a very unusual request. I put my boat up for sale right before Christmas. The winter is a slow boat buying season, however, 4,541 views of the post do demonstrate some interest. For whatever reason the boat has not sold. Most would argue the price was perhaps too high and I have not been flexible enough. Just about the time I started to reconsider my decision to sell several people are now interested. The first choice goes to someone in VA. I will not tell you his username but he does monitor this site regularly. I have agreed to lower my price and he is ready to take an airline flight from VA. I have provided photos and described it the best I can, but after the last guy (and you know who you are) I can not help think I have missed something. This guy was sure the boat was just what he was looking for. He had the checkbook in his hand and was on the way. He left explaining he wanted to investigate purchasing a new trailer and he would call me later. No call later and I viewed a post announcing he bought another boat a week later. For those of you who have come by to view the 73' SF and not decided to purchase...tell the perspective buyer your thoughts before he gets on the plane. I have nothing to loose, I want a happy boat owner.
OK Hermco, you came to survey for a propesctive buyer so you probably have the most objective opinion. Is this boat what I say it is?
