I have decided to pick my days on the water a little more carefully “now a days” because of the pump. It can be a real bummer fighting 3-5 or 4-6 footers then come home to clean a boat, pay MORE for gas and not come up with much on a fishing trip. I MUST BE GETTING OLD.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

TONIGHT
NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET
BUILDING TO 5 TO 7 FEET AFTER MIDNIGHT. INTRACOASTAL WATERS CHOPPY

SATURDAY

5 FEET BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON. IN THE GULF
STREAM...SEAS 6 TO 8 FEET BUILDING TO 7 TO 9 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON.
NORTHEAST SWELL 3 TO 5 FEET. INTRACOASTAL WATERS CHOPPY IN EXPOSED

planning to fish inside the inlet on Monday as the outside doesn't look fun:

Monday
Northeast winds 15 knots. Seas 9 to 12 feet in a northeast swell. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop.

I have always wondered about the small craft advisory.
Do they not care about the LARGE craft?

See ya, Ken

The other day when I paid for my GAS I thought I was a large craft.

Fuel suppliers have stated to retailers, Gas price on rise to $4.00 per/gal mid-May. I guess the piggy bank is not full yet.

Filled up yesterday ay Kammermans Marina in Atlantic City- $3.19 gallon for plus- I didnt expect it to be that cheap- thought it might be in the mid $3.00 range.
