All,
FWIW, see http://www.flyfishsaltwaters.com/ubb...c;f=5;t=002730 They have been talking about E10 issues on this site and reel-time.com for some time. |

I have to admit this whole E-10 thing is scaring the crap out of me - already running a Racor, and have an older Johnson carbed 2 stroke, which supposedly handle this better than newer fuel injected motors, but think I may need to go thru and replumb the entire fuel system, just to make sure I have alcohol rated lines in the fill, vent, and feed.
I'm not a happy camper about all this - oh well !!! Bill |

What a pain this whole thing is. John, thankfully my gas tank was replaced in 96, so I should not have a problem with the vent lines etc. I also heard that was a problem from Nauset Marine.

Just an FYI,
I just finished re plumbing my boat from the tanks to the engine, supply side only, no vent or fill tube. The boat is an 86 and the tanks are date stamped 82 and the supply lines to the motor did not look that bad. I replaced anyways but a little good news never hurts.
