Default Re: Articles in Professional Boatbuilder magazine

Mike Borelli of Metan Marine had a fully restored 23' Seacraft on display at the Boston in the water boat show last year and I must say I was impressed. He did teh following to the boat:

Retabbed and refoamed stringers
Installed a new two layer composite deck that raised deck height by one inch
Faired and painted hull with Fighting Lady Yellow Awlcraft
Installed a beautiful teak bulkhead under the bow cap
Installed a marine head in the fish locker
Rewired everything
New gas tank
New non skid with original Seacraft pattern
New transom

Yadda.yadda.yadda. The boat was gorgeous. I am guessing the owner spent $70k total including the new Suzuki 250 4 stroke.
