well so far the engine cranks ,all electric works,but the motor is shot ,i was gonna repower anyways,looks like the drive is in good shape has all new clean hardware in it,so it looks like it was recently serviced..the transome looks like it was backed into,so gonna have to rebuild that..the stringer look great but i havent tested yet,thats next..any hints on how to go about checking all this stuff or how to rebuild the transome..any help would be useful,i am on this site hours a day learning so much,its a lot of fun and im hooked.lol
