Bryan,
I have no clue on asking price/value, but I do believe it might not fetch as much as if it were a CC. My reasons for saying that are 1) you have a fairly unknown boat in the NE, and being a cuddy version, it is even more unfamiliar; and 2) you appear to be slightly underpowered by a 14-year old engine. Don't get me wrong, the boat is beautiful and I'm sure it's been well maintained, but it is a bit of an unknown in the New England market. Plus a lot of guys may look at a 25-footer with only a single 200hp and be turned off.
