A little closer than Tampa to you is Neumann's in Inverness. They made a complete vinyl-covered set for my Seafari in '03, and a set for my Tsunami in '04 for $300 and $350 respectively. Mostly he does automotive stuff, but most of the local marinas around here recommend him. After he took measurements, it took about 3 weeks both times.
