Default Re: Four Strokes???

For some reason I can not log in with my Yellow 18 password?

My first run with the 150 Yamaha FS went well. I still need to figure out which tachometer setting is for Four stroke. With an 18 pitch SS prop, 50 gallons of fuel, t-top, 225lbs driver and no idea on the max rpm I got 41.5 kts or 47.8mph. She planed off much faster than my old 200 Yamaha w/ a 23 pitch wheel- but I miss the 60 mph. I think she sits about ¾ of an inch lower in the water.. I have a 25 inch transom and I highly recommend any 18 owner to raise the transom if they put a heaver engine on the back. I will send pic’s soon.
