The name has been the same since 1979 when we bought the boat new (1978 leftover - party that placed order for the boat didn't take delivery, so we traded in our 20' SeaCraft center console). Original power was an OMC sterndrive with a 305 block, 230hp. Though a bit underpowered, the decks were much drier then. Not too wet now (unless you've got more than one guy in a cockpit corner), but I keep so much stuff in the cabin I think it acts as a good counterweight. I'm planning on addressing this with work to be done.
Also, do like the "Nauti-Rat". |

Cool, I was just wondering because with the small block chevy they called it a mouse and with the big block it was called a rat. I was wondering about your boat self-bailing, on mine someone had done away with the self-bailing and just let the deck drain to the bilge. I was going to try to change it back but looking at the water line, I think that I'll leave it as is.
