there actually is another one under the cowling; however, its is not particularly easy to get to. it is inside the Vapor Separator Tank(VST). I think the part is about $100 and it is usually about 1hr labor to have it done. unless you do most of your own work, I would suggest having your mechanic do it. when I first switched to the E-10 I had some issues with stuff getting through my fuel/water separator which clogged this filter and gave me a giant headache.
