1970 20' Center Console Sea Craft

I'm I correct in saying the motor is a 2004 (4stroke)? Any visable cracks, soft spots, flex (transom, cap)?
I sold mine a little over a yr ago (redone '73 w/'06 175 4 stroke) for $16500. It was race ready with all the bells and whistles, brand new trailer, jack plate, spotless.
Usually, a boat like you speak of in decent to nice condition could range from $6000-9000. Now if it's a newer motor and the boat has been worked on, you may be more in the $8000-15000 or more range.
