Default What I did to remove.

My second piece of wood was a bear to remove. What I did was make vertical and horizontal cuts with a circular saw down to the skin.(try 12*12 size first,and adjust from there) Then I used a wood chisel and pry bar and it came out a lot easier. It seems that a big piece has more leverage, so its harder to budge.

Unless the guys that have gone here before say different: I would not cut the outer skin off.
