I do not know where you got your "facts", since you have not seen the boat. This boat has been in dry storage since 1996 and was brought down to Florida in 1984 from the northeast. The engine was pickled in 1996 and not used since. I am a rather large individual and did not feel one soft spot in the whole deck! The transom appears sound, but I am not a Seacraft Expert. The price range I came up with was based on what Fr. Frank mentioned in his post to me. It seems like a lot of boat for your price of $1000!
