I truly believe that it is an opportunity for you. Florida's loss is California' gain, the good Lord will see to that!

Selfishly, I think I speak for many, if not most, here that we thank God for the internet so that we don't loose your fellowship, wisdom and general good nature here on the forum.

Take care and be well. Between you and Strict, I think the west coast is getting more than its share of classic Seacraft knowledge. - GB
