That bracket looks to have about a 2' setback without much flotation. Might be ok for a 23 with an old light V-6 Merc, but putting it on a 20 might really sink the stern unless you make the flotation tank bigger. Capt. Lloyd recently went thru that on his 20 with a 140 Zuke, so you might want to search his posts for the nice mod he made to his bracket!
