Here is a place for good advice maybe - I want you to call Mike at American Marine and ask for Jason, he is very good on Merc's, Mike not so much (Rudes) - tell them I said to call which will smooth that out- and ask. They will give you trouble shooting tips to help and be sure to tell them you have a classic SeaCraft they have all had them or have them
