I think your solinoids are the same as mine? - they are right between the 2 cylinder banks - the top is down bottom is up and you will probably hear it click - take a screw driver hit the up switch and just cross the 2 large terminals and it will come up - they are cheap although there are only a couple, the correct one will have rubber grommets on the mounting plate - $52 - buy the one without grommits $29 use your grommets to mount it simple - a Merc dealer will be able to get the solinoid for that motor without grommets - I think they are Mercruisers and grommet style for outboards. NAPA has them too but the Sierra I bought only lasted a year.

We tested it last light and it is the trim motor. Thx again Blue and ESD. Off to search out that part........
