Default Re: 1974 23 CC - project

Thanks!! Sure is nice working in that garage! I used Iso - polyester resin and 1708 with everything. I opted for 3/4" doug fir marine ply after sticker shock on the coosa board. Hermit was a super nice guy to offer me a boat he bought for the motor 2000 Johnson 200hp carb in trade for the bracket. I didn't know at the time I'd be buying a house, getting a new girlfriend, moving my shop, and while trying to hold down a full time job in Boston (commuting from Onset). Luckily it's very close to being finished. I gave the 22 Seawolf WA to my Dad for Father's day . . . and I already bought an aluminum bracket for that boat. Striped Bass Season is coming up fast and this bracket project will be finished this week . . . even if I have to pull some all nighters.
