IMO the 19 is going to be way too much pitch, I'm running twin 225's with 19p stainless stiletto's it'll get to 6000 rpm's at wot trimmed up 3/4 tank of gas and 4 people. I'd say somewhere in the 15-16 pitch range will get you there.
