Almost certainly, a Moesly Designed Hull. It looks like it may be a cut(freeboard) down 21. I see the nice tumble home, Transom Cap, the hull bottom is the big identifier, no reverses, flats, no strakes,and deep forefoot. Can't quite make out the depth of the longitudinal steps. I have spent hours Marveling at the 21 hull bottom. I am sure this is a Moesly. Not sure about it being a 21, I don't see the depth on the steps and the large flat spot on the keel at the transom.
