Default Stress Crack Repairs

Can anyone tell me if the stress cracks shown should be repaired with gel coat or something else....and any tips on the best way to go about it..

Got them but this image link ends up asking me for a URL code instead of just browsing to a folder on my pc... know what Im doing wrong?
