Completely restore a 1971 seacraft 20 new deck recore hatches make new console from nothing, teak toe rail, teak helm pod....

2nd project 1964 boston whaler 13 complete restore already rebuilt the carb on the 1976 johnson 40 and put it in the water today it ran great.

3rd project help my dad on his 23 foot formula that is now about 27 feet long with a full flotation bracket with euro transom. Gutted all foam and stringers out. Make new console. Pretty much making a new boat from a bare hull...

Turn my old mako 17 into a flats boat lowergunnels and put new deck on..

Sounds scary now but we shall see what is completed by summer. The seacraft is almost ready for high build awlgrip primer.

New floors in a 76 Master Angler. Have half of old floor out and am working on getting as much info from this and other sites so that when the weather breaks in spring I'll be ready to jump in with both feet. Hopefully I'll have most of the prep work done by the time it's warm enough to work with resin. Right now the tarp is frozen under several inches of frozen snow ice crap. Also want to build a doghouse over my console and rewire but don't know if I can fit that in.

-Build a custom fit fish box / cooler to fit between the console and raised front deck.
-Sew up a new leaning post seat cover.
-Polish the scratches out of my windshield.
-Rebuild an old Hurricane tarpon rod that I picked up at a yard sale (The old yellow 8 1/2' stainless wire guide ones from 40 years ago; a rare find indeed).
Looks like we're in for a warm, wet, winter pattern like we had 2 years ago. The fishing was outstanding, so chances are, those projects will be put on hold! Got to have that rod done by April though, ready to sling a mullet or catfish at that first pod of Silver Kings meandering down the beach. Can't wait!!

I'd have to honestly say that because of $$, my winter projects on the Seafari are limited to:

1. Refastening/resealing the hull to cap joint,
2. Filling in/sealing off the original deck scuppers,
3. Replacing the cracked bronze grounding plate, and
4. Replacing the back-up aft bilge pump. (Yes, I have 3 pumps)

Bolsters complete. I couldn't sew the console cushion so farmed it to the upholstery shop.
